We are hoping to hear from you soon! We are reaching out to families of children and youth with disabilities to learn about their ideas for improving the children’s services system.
This survey will take less than 10 minutes to complete and is being distributed by family advocacy organizations including Alianza Latina Aplicando Soluciones (A.L.A.S.) Inc., Broadscope Disability Services, Disability Rights Wisconsin, Family Voices of Wisconsin, Parent University, The Arc Wisconsin, Wisconsin Board for People with Developmental Disabilities, Wisconsin FACETS and the Wisconsin Family and Caregiver Support Alliance.
