The Arc Wisconsin, as a statewide leader on disability issues, represented Chapters of The Arc and members at the Wednesday, January 22 State of the State address in the capitol. The State of the State is when the Governor sets out his or her vision for the upcoming year, reflecting on any past success.
Governor Evers made several references to issues important to disability advocates, including advances in disability voting rights and increased funding for special education and transit.
